Heritage Abstract Company was established as a full service title insurance agency in February, 1976. Over the past thirty years, we have become one of the largest and most respected independent agencies licensed in the State of New Jersey. Heritage is dedicated to setting the industry standard in customer service.

Our highly motivated staff of fourteen includes four title officers possessing a collective 120 years of industry experience as well as two licensed attorneys. We are passionate about delivering an accurate product in a timely fashion and remain committed to assisting our clients in solving title-related issues. Heritage policies are underwritten by three title insurance companies: New Jersey Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and First American Title Insurance Company.
